Eva Anastacia Fulmer

On September 19, 1997, Eva Anastacia Fulmer was arrested on a complaint based on allegations that she had embezzled a large sum of money from a bank in Arlington, Texas, where she had worked as a teller. The money was stolen between February 10 and June 6, 1997. Fulmer was indicted on sixteen counts of bank embezzlement on October 15, 1997.

While investigating this theft, it was learned that Fulmer had previously worked as a teller in another bank in Grand Prairie, Texas. Fulmer was suspected of stealing a large sum of money from that bank in February of 1997. On February 13, 1998, Fulmer was indicted on two counts of bank embezzlement regarding funds stolen from this bank.

On May 28, 1998, Fulmer was found guilty of bank embezzlement. She was scheduled to be sentenced on November 30, 1998, but failed to appear in court. A warrant was then issued in the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth, Texas, for her arrest.

Fulmer has full lips and crooked front teeth. She speaks fluent Polish. Fulmer’s last known address in the United States was in Arlington, Texas.

September 31


02:28 a.m. – A complaint for a vehicle parked on the opposite side in the roadway was received. Police responded and found two occupants in the vehicle. Both occupants were found to be heavily intoxicated. The driver was arrested for DUI and the passenger was transported to Larsen County Prison for probation violation.


09:20 a.m. – A domestic was reported along Danielle Lane between a man and woman.


10:37 p.m. – A noise disturbance was reported along Storms Store Road. Police responded and found the family having a Birthday party. All parties were advised the loud noise had to stop at 11p.m. Home owner confirmed they would comply.

September 1


10:02 a.m. – A fraud was reported at Larsen County National Bank. Police responded and arrested one female for Bad Checks. The female is connected with cashing bad checks for an estimate total of $3,400. The case is under further investigation.

August 17


02:46 a.m. – A Noise disturbance was reported along Peter St. Police responded and found two individuals in a garage listening to music at a very low volume. Advised both parties to keep the volume down.


08:22 a.m. – A Reckless driver was reported along Cherry Ct. Police responded and warned the driver about his speed, especially in a development.


09:48 a.m. – Suspicious activity was reported along Pleasant St. Police responded and the owner pointed out the whole where a large fish pond was. Currently under investigation.

August 3


11:46 p.m. – A missing juvenile was reported near Valley Road. The juvenile had taken a walk past curfew to meet her boyfriend. The juvenile was located around 1:30 a.m.

July 23


10:01 a.m. – A domestic was reported along Hanover St between a male and female.


5:13 p.m. – A two vehicle accident was reported along South Peters St. Donald Carroll was operating his vehicle when he became distracted and hit a parked vehicle. No injuries were reported and the striking vehicle was towed from the scene. Carroll is being charges with careless driving.


9:21 p.m. – A domestic was reported along Hanover St between a mother and son.


10:13 p.m. – A noise disturbance was reported at 1365 Red Hill Road. Police responded and found the area to be quiet. Contact was made with the homeowners and they were asked to keep unreasonable noise down.

July 4


09:12 a.m. – A single vehicle accident was reported along Hanover Street. The vehicle veered off the right side of the road striking a telephone pole causing it to roll over. The accident caused wires to hang down into the roadway. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

June 18


3:53 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported along Hanover St.
The caller stated the driver was intoxicated and was able to identify him as Kenny Brooks. Police responded and made a positive identification of the vehicle. Several traffic violations were witnessed and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Brooks was transferred to Larsen County Adult Correctional Facility. Charges for DUI were filed.


8:50 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported along York Rd.
near Center Sq. Police responded but the motorcycle was not located. No registration was provided.

June 16


3:40 a.m. – A vehicle accident was reported along Hanover
St. The suspect vehicle turned onto Hanover St from Teton pike into the path of the victim vehicle. The victim vehicle swerved to avoid collision and hit a guard rail. The suspect vehicle was not located. The victim vehicle was driven from the scene.
